Rich Rubasch
Squab. The "Tilt Experience" evangelist. Loves the process of starting with a simple idea (sometimes only a few words on a piece of paper) and creating a dynamic communication tool. Takes the power of today's post production tools to create complete messages. Is making his mark with a new production facility and largest sound stage video production studio in Dane County WI in 2011. Loves tennis, biking, camping and family and doesn't get enough of any of it...so sometimes can be grumpy.

Jon Hornbacher
Tallish. Likes to have clients play the guitar in his suite. Enjoys his career immensely. Strives for that to be evident in his work. Topics of discussion most welcome on the road or in edit suite: rock bands of the 70s, The Simpsons, Fender Stratocasters, Rush (the Geddy kind), movies (hipsters call them films), The Brewers, graphic novels (non-hipsters call them comics), or even sometimes the project at hand.
