Rich Rubasch From his first box of Crayola crayons, Rich had an interest in art and design. His career path hit the fast track in Honolulu where he moved up to lead designer at Pacific Focus in 1994. Two years later Rich was lead After Effects animator and was cutting everything from spots to docs on an Avid at Island Post. Rich returned to Madison in 1999 with his family and continued his passion for post at Madison Productions. In 2001 Rich founded Tilt Media to provide high quality, high concept animation and editing services. His appetite for the technical and the aesthetic has been a winning balance to his success. Rich has won many awards and is President of the Madison chapter of MCA-I. Tilt Media has grown, with the addition of Jon and Dale, to include production services and duplication.   Jon Hornbacher Jon's a sucker for a good story. He loves movies (the shorter, the better) and books (no big words, please). Telling them is even more fun. He's created hundreds of video projects, including editing national broadcast spots for clients such as Go Daddy, and directing and editing several spots for PBS. He began his career with Wisconsin Public Television, managing the on-air department for nine years. Jon's work has won many national and local awards including PROMAX and ADDY Golds, and an ADDY Judge's Choice award. He currently serves on the board of the Madison Advertising Federation and the Madison chapter of the Madison chapter of MCA-I.   Dale Doebert Dale began his career as a live television director and commercial producer, directing news and sports shows for five years. To advance his storytelling skills, he moved on to Madison Productions, Inc. where he spent the next 4 years as an editor/designer, working with clients such as TREK, Mitsubishi and GE Medical. In 2003, Dale joined Andy Garcia Productions, Inc., where he provided lead graphics support, and produced and directed corporate video and live business theater events. There, he worked with clients such as Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliance, TDS Telecom and Harley-Davidson, producing several Harley-Davidson Dealer Meetings across the United States. Great clients and collaboration have allowed Dale to garner several international and national awards, including Telly Awards, Media Communications Association-International WAVE Awards and the International Association of Business Communicator Award.
